When upgrading your UTV with accessories like harnesses, mirrors, clamps, or roofs, one of the first things you need to know is the diameter of your roll cage tubing. Not all cages are built the same—even within the same brand and model family—so having the right measurement ensures a perfect fit.

This guide breaks down OEM roll cage tubing sizes across the most popular UTV brands, including Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Speed UTV, and Arctic Cat.

Final Thoughts

Knowing your stock roll cage tubing size is essential for upgrading your UTV with the right clamps, mirrors, harness bars, and other add-ons. While many cages use 1.75″ or 2.0″ tubing, there are plenty of exceptions—especially with profile cages that require specific clamps like PF-OUT, PF-IN, or flat-surface options.

Always measure your tubing before ordering parts to ensure the perfect fit for your ride.
