Shipping policy

Eligible orders over $100 shipping within the contiguous United States receive free shipping. This offer excludes international orders. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. destinations, available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Orders typically ship the same or next business day, Monday-Friday.

Drop Shipping:
We stock most items we carry and keep inventory as up to date as possible. To get your items to you as soon as possible, some items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor closest to your location, depending on availability.

Next Day Air:
Next Day Air rates are shown at checkout. In-stock items ordered with Next Day Air before 2:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, ship the same business day. Please call 209-341-9117 to confirm stock before placing an urgent order. Saturday delivery is available only in select areas and is not guaranteed for orders placed on Friday.

When will I receive my item?
Orders typically ship the same or next business day from our Central California location. Smaller items may ship by mail. Larger items typically ship by UPS Ground or directly from a manufacturer or distributor. Shipping service and delivery time depend on the item and destination.

Canada: shipping, duties, and taxes

Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the UPS services available for your order. Shipping, applicable duties, and import taxes are shown separately before payment. Duties and import taxes shown in your order total are collected with your order.

Carrier brokerage, disbursement, and other customs clearance fees are separate unless explicitly included. If the carrier requests a duty or tax already charged on your order receipt, contact RAD UTV Parts at 209-341-9117 before paying so we can check the charge. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

If no shipping option appears, contact us with the product and delivery postal code so we can confirm availability and a shipping quote. Not every product is available for international shipping.

Mexico orders

Please contact RAD UTV Parts at 209-341-9117 before ordering for delivery to Mexico. We will confirm product eligibility, available shipping services, and customs requirements for your order. A complete delivery address, recipient phone number, and the recipient tax information requested at checkout are needed for customs clearance. Free U.S. shipping offers do not apply to Mexico.
