Refund policy

At Rad UTV Parts, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order doesn’t work out, our return policy is designed to be fair and clear.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all parts and hardware included.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover 100% of the return shipping.
- You may choose a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
No-Fault Returns (change of mind, wrong fit, ordered by mistake):
- Store credit is the default option.
  - We can provide a prepaid return label. 50% of the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Refund Exception:
  - If you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit, you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping cost.
- Exchanges are available, with return shipping costs applied as above.
- Restocking Fee (Condition-Based):
  - Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  - If the item is returned in brand new, unused, and fully resellable condition, no restocking fee will be applied.
  - If the item shows signs of use, installation, scratches, damage, or packaging damage, a restocking fee will be applied based on the loss in value.
  - The restocking fee will reflect the difference between the item’s original condition and its resale condition.

Store credit or refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.
Refunds to the original payment method (when applicable) exclude return shipping costs.

For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
Rad UTV Parts is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
