Shop UTV air pumper kits and helmet fresh-air systems for one, two or four riders. Compare Rugged Radios MAC Air bundles, packages with wired MRC or Bell helmets, and the hoses, filters, mounts and connectors that keep your setup working.

Already have compatible forced-air helmets? Start with a pumper bundle. Need helmets too? Choose a package that explicitly includes them. A wired helmet provides audio wiring; it does not include the vehicle's radio or intercom.

Check helmet connections and installation space

Match the helmet's approved air inlet to the hose and any quick-release adapter. Top-air and mid-air layouts need different clearance around the roof, seat and headrest. Measure the full hose route with the rider seated and leave room for head movement and entry or exit. Universal pumper mounts still need to match your tubing and available space.

For an MRC Stage One EVO, check the threaded mid-air connection before choosing a MagLock helmet-side adapter. An adapter for a different inlet should not be assumed compatible.

Helmet air pumper questions

Do air pumper kits include helmets?

Not always. The MAC Air two- and four-person pumper bundles are different from RAD packages that include two helmets. Read the selected product's included-components list before ordering.

Should I choose a two-person or four-person system?

Choose around the number of helmet connections you intend to use, then check hose reach and mounting space. A four-seat UTV does not automatically require four outlets when only two riders need helmet air.

Is a helmet air pumper an air conditioner?

No. It moves filtered ambient air into a compatible helmet. It does not refrigerate the air, and these recreational systems should not be treated as certified respirators or protection from exhaust gases.

Does helmet air include communication?

No. Air hoses and audio cables serve different functions. Browse UTV radios and intercoms for a separate compatible communication setup.

Can I use any helmet?

Use a helmet designed for forced air with a manufacturer-approved inlet. Check fit, certification and intended use separately; adding a pumper does not change the helmet's certification.

Explore MRC helmets, Pyrotect helmets and the full Rugged Radios collection. For help narrowing down a package, send RAD your UTV model, rider count, helmet model and existing communication equipment.

Measure Before Selecting a Cage Mount

Use the UTV roll-cage tube diameter guide to measure the planned mounting point. Check blower clearance, hose length and cable routing with the riders seated. If changing cab coverage, review windshield and roof options so the combined installation leaves service access.
