A New Differential That's Better Than OEM
SuperATV replacement diff comes fully assembled and ready to install. You get a new heavy-duty billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, sprague, armature, and wiring. No matter how hard you ride, SuperATV differential can handle infinite differential lock engagements without wearing out.
Hobbed Gears Are Quiet and Smooth
SuperATV complete Polaris Pro XD front differential uses hobbed gears for the ring and pinion gears. Why does that matter? Hobbed gears are cut and finished with perfect precision you can't get with other gear-making methods. The result is perfectly mating gear teeth that run smooth with almost no noise or vibration. It makes your ride more comfortable and boosts long-term durability.
Stronger Mounting
These inserts make it virtually impossible for the mounting bolts to wallow out or pull out over time. SuperATV uses a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring, making it easier to service your diff without breaking the seal.
