Replace the pads at all four wheels with this EBC R Series brake pad kit for Polaris RZR 900, S 900, S 1000 and Trail models. R.A.D. combines 2 × FA657R front sets and 2 × FA456R rear sets in one complete vehicle package for the applications below.

You receive four packaged caliper sets—eight individual brake pads total. The front and rear sets use different pad shapes, with EBC's R Series sintered copper-alloy friction material at both axles.

Polaris RZR Brake Pad Fitment by Model and Year

For original brake calipers on the two-seat models listed below. Match the complete model name, model year and chassis width before ordering.

Trail verification note: Trail coverage through 2026 uses current manufacturer pad-shape cross-references and Polaris OEM application information. Older EBC catalogs contain conflicting Trail front-pad entries, so this table is not an EBC-issued 2026 fitment approval. For a Trail model, confirm the original front application corresponds to Polaris 2206025 and the rear to 2203318, or contact us with your VIN and current pad numbers.

Excluded: RZR XP 900, XP 1000, RS1, Turbo, Pro XP, Pro R and Pro S; four-seat RZR 4/S4 models; RZR 570 and 800; aftermarket brake conversions; and 2027-and-newer vehicles. XC 900 and unlisted regional trims require a separate fitment check. The S 1000 in this table is the two-seat 60-inch model.

EBC R Series Sintered Pads for Trail Riding

EBC's R Series uses sintered copper-alloy friction material designed for off-road conditions including mud, water, sand and grit. This bundle pairs the appropriate front and rear pad profiles while keeping the same R Series compound across all four calipers.

Does this kit fit the RZR XP 900 or XP 1000?

No. XP models use different brake-pad applications. This kit is for the listed two-seat RZR 900, S 900, S 1000 and Trail models only.

Will this fit a four-seat RZR 4 900 or S4 1000?

Those models are not included in this kit's verified fitment. A matching engine size does not establish brake-pad compatibility; check the exact model and caliper before ordering.

Are the front and rear brake pads interchangeable?

No. Use the two FA657R packages on the front calipers and the two FA456R packages on the rear calipers for the listed vehicles.

Are rotors, calipers or hardware included?
