The EVO updates the earlier Stage One design with a threaded mid-air inlet, Flowhawk 2.0 manifold and revised interior pad system. Its side-mounted airflow inlet offers more overhead clearance than a top-air layout.

Choose each rider’s size group separately. Use the included cheek and crown pads to adjust within that group, and consult the MRC size chart before ordering.
Compatibility & Installation
This package is a universal recreation setup. Confirm pumper mounting space, bar-mount fit, hose routing and clearance in your specific UTV. It does not include a vehicle-specific mount.
The wired helmets support Rugged Radios OFFROAD and STX STEREO intercoms when used with the appropriate cables. An intercom, radio and vehicle-to-helmet communication cables are not included. The threaded EVO inlet supports an optional matching MagLock adapter; MagLock hardware is not included.
Recreation use: The EVO helmets are DOT certified and are not for race use. Pumper performance does not change helmet certification.

Can I choose different helmet sizes?
Yes. Choose the first and second helmet size groups independently. Each EVO helmet includes the cheek and crown pads for its stated size group.
Are a radio and intercom included?
No. The helmets include Rugged Radios wiring for OFFROAD and STX STEREO intercoms. A compatible intercom, radio and vehicle-to-helmet cables are separate.
Are MagLock connectors included?
No. MagLock is an optional upgrade. The EVO helmet has a threaded mid-air inlet; select the helmet-side adapter specifically for that inlet and the matching hose-side hardware.
Are the MRC EVO helmets intended for racing?
No. These DOT-certified EVO helmets are intended for recreational use. Choose race helmets with the certification required by your event if you need a competition setup.
