The KMC Mesa Lite has a machined bead hump and a textured, knurled bead seat inside its narrow 15×6 rim. It uses a conventional tire mount, appealing to riders who want those bead-seat details without a bolt-on ring.
The Mesa Lite’s knurled bead seat is a detail inside the rim that finish photos won’t show. It’s a different approach from adding an external mechanical ring. Look at this version if you want a narrow 15×6 conventional wheel and your tire’s approved rim range includes six inches.
