UTV Exhaust Headers & Head Pipes
Headers and head pipes are the first section of the exhaust after the engine, and on turbo models they include parts such as high-flow pipes and cat deletes. This collection lists the UTV headers, race pipes and head pipes we carry.
These parts are usually part of a larger upgrade and often require a tune. Check each product page for the machines it is listed for, whether it works with your current muffler, and any local emissions or off-road use limits.
Headers get extremely hot, so allow the machine to cool fully before working on the exhaust, and replace gaskets when you reinstall. It is also a good time to check exhaust springs and mounts for wear.
