RackBoss 2.0 removes almost all unwanted internal play by using SuperATV X24 dual bushing design. With heavy-duty PTFE bushings positioned at both ends of the rack, the rack gear and tension spring are nearly motionless. Without extra play, you can ride harder with bigger, heavier upgrades and still see less wear than a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. That durability is boosted even more with the inclusion of a grease zerk that makes it easy to keep it running smooth.
