Sena UTV Helmets & Intercoms
Shop Sena UTV helmets and intercoms for driver-to-passenger conversations, compatible group rides, and phone music inside your helmet. Choose a helmet with built-in communication or add a SPIDER X Slim Mesh intercom to a suitable existing helmet.
Start with your group's communication system: Bluetooth intercom and Sena Mesh are different. Bluetooth phone pairing alone does not make two helmets intercom-compatible. Our Sena UTV buying guide and Rugged Radios comparison walks through the options.

Compare Sena helmets and intercoms for side-by-side riding
Which Sena communication system fits your ride?
- Bluetooth intercom: Outrush R and Outforce have built-in rider intercom for compatible Bluetooth devices. Neither has built-in Mesh.
- Mesh and Bluetooth intercom: Impulse supports both systems. Check the other devices and the pairing procedure before mixing equipment.
- Mesh helmets: Compare Outlander, Specter, Phantom, and Phantom ANC. Match Mesh mode and firmware across the group.
- Add-on Mesh: The SPIDER X Slim equips a suitable helmet with its own speakers, microphone and battery. A single pack equips one helmet; a double pack equips two.
Bell Qualifier with optional Sena communication
The Bell Qualifier forced-air UTV helmet offers a helmet-only selection or a boxed Spider X Slim upgrade for customer installation. The Sena is supplied uninstalled. Helmet airflow requires a separate compatible pumper and hose; communication and airflow are independent systems.
Choose helmet fit and coverage before features
Sena helmets are universal wearable gear, sized to your head. They do not require RZR, Maverick, KRX or Talon vehicle fitment. Compare the actual helmet's sizing and certification, and follow your vehicle and riding-location requirements. For an enclosed helmet, compare full-face, dual-sport and modular designs. Surge is open-face and Cavalry 2 is a half helmet; neither has a chin bar.
Sena or a wired UTV intercom?
Sena is an option when you want communication on the riders' helmets. A Rugged Radios complete UTV kit is a different approach: a vehicle intercom connects compatible wired helmet kits or headsets, and a separate two-way radio connects vehicles. Choose the system your group uses and check exactly what is included.
Frequently asked questions
Does Sena work in a UTV?
Compatible Sena-equipped riders can communicate in a side-by-side or between nearby vehicles. Each person needs suitable equipment. Engine noise, terrain, microphone placement and distance affect results; there is no guaranteed UTV range.
Will the Spider pair directly with an Outrush R?
The Spider uses Mesh for direct rider intercom. Outrush R uses Bluetooth intercom and has no built-in Mesh, so they do not form a direct Mesh pair by themselves.
Are Sena helmets prewired for Rugged Radios?
No. Built-in Sena communication is not the same as a wired Rugged helmet kit. Phone Bluetooth on an intercom is not proof that it supports a wireless helmet connection.
Are helmets included with the Spider double pack?
No. It contains two communication systems for customer installation. Helmets are sold separately.
