This helmet fresh air system helps keep you cooler, more comfortable, and focused when the dust gets heavy.

The MAC Air is crafted from injection-molded ABS polymer to optimize airflow and durability. Its high static pressure fan delivers strong air pressure and volume, helping push fresh filtered air into your helmet so you can breathe easier throughout the ride.

Featuring a dual filtering system, the MAC Air improves airflow efficiency while helping reduce filter clogging. The external pre-filter uses uniform micro openings to trap dust and debris before it reaches the main filter. Both filters are washable, making cleanup simple after a long day in the dirt.

Installation is straightforward with the included Universal Bar Mount, designed to fit most common UTV roll cage tubing sizes. The bundle also includes the VSC Variable Speed Controller, allowing you to adjust airflow from off to full blast for precise control over the amount of air entering your helmet.

Helmet Kit Variant Options

This MAC Air helmet kit is available with two Rugged Radios helmet wiring options. Choose the version that matches your intercom setup.

• Mono Helmet Kit: Includes the Rugged Radios HK-OFSP-AA Helmet Kit, designed for 696 series mono intercom systems.
• Mono & Stereo / STX Helmet Kit: Includes the Rugged Radios HK-UNI Helmet Kit with an external port, designed for compatibility with both mono and stereo/STX intercom systems.

Choose the Mono option if you are running a Rugged Radios 696 series mono intercom. Choose the Mono & Stereo / STX option if you want the HK-UNI helmet kit with external port for broader mono and stereo/STX compatibility.

Bell Qualifier Helmet Features

The Bell Qualifier helmets included in this bundle feature a top air system designed to accept fresh air from the MAC Air pumper. This helps keep dust out while providing continuous airflow into the helmet for better comfort throughout the day.

These helmets are available pre-wired with your choice of Rugged Radios helmet kit: the HK-OFSP-AA mono helmet kit for 696 series intercoms or the HK-UNI mono and stereo/STX helmet kit with external port. Each helmet also includes a premium dust skirt to help seal the bottom of the helmet and reduce dust intrusion.

Each Bell Qualifier helmet supports easy, tool-free shield replacement with its ClickRelease Shield, a removable and washable anti-bacterial interior, and DOT certification for safety and convenience.
