Why Add a Second Battery?
A dual battery setup allows you to run lights, stereo systems, GPS units, radios, and winches without risking your ability to start your machine. Accessories are wired to the auxiliary battery so when the vehicle is off, they draw from that battery instead of your primary starting battery.
When the engine is running, the TrueAM isolator automatically connects both batteries so your charging system can recharge them. This setup is ideal for camping, night rides, trail repairs, and heavy winch use where reliable voltage matters.
