If you want to take on anything and everything, get SuperATV's 8 GDP Portal Gear Lift for your Polaris General XP 1000. It gives you a massive lift and a 45% gear reduction. Together, you can run huge tires and have enough torque to turn them easily.

GDP - the Most Trusted Name in Portals

More riders choose GDP Portals than any other portal system. When you ride on GDP, you're riding on the most trail-proven kit in the industry.

Perfect for Mud

You haven't experienced mud until you've tackled a massive mud hole with a set of GDP Portals. The huge lift keeps you above the mud while bigger tires help you grip better. But it's the torque-boosting 45% gear reduction that keeps everything moving forward no matter how thick the mud gets.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain

With SuperATV Polaris General portals, you get the gear reduction in the wheel hub rather than the transmission. That way, every part of your drivetrain benefits from the gear reduction. Your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission all work less and wear out slower with portals than with a stock machine.

Stronger Housings and Backing Plates By Design

You can choose cast or USA-made, 6061 billet aluminum housings, and either way, you'll get top-notch strength you can trust.

SuperATV housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow

Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings

SuperATV portals use:

Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates

A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal

100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks

Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear

Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

8in.
